Your work life:
- Department hours:
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7:30am to 8:30pm
- Tuesday and Thursday 7:30am to 10:00pm
- Saturday 7:30am to 4:00pm
- Open space office environment with uptodate technology
What will you be doing:
- Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service that exceeds customer expectations
- Assist our branches in making appropriate monetary and nonmonetary adjustments to accounts as needed
- Provide representatives with proper policy and procedures to follow
- Ability to handle difficult customers independently with limited supervision
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year in customer service, sales or call center environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to multi task
- Strong attention to details
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English and French is required
- Work well in a team environment
- Strong computer skills
- Consumer finance industry experience is an asset
- Possesses flexibility of working hours including evenings, weekends and holidays, when required
- IT experience, a plus
