Your work life:

  • Department hours:
  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7:30am to 8:30pm
  • Tuesday and Thursday 7:30am to 10:00pm
  • Saturday 7:30am to 4:00pm
  • Open space office environment with uptodate technology

What will you be doing:

  • Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service that exceeds customer expectations
  • Assist our branches in making appropriate monetary and nonmonetary adjustments to accounts as needed
  • Provide representatives with proper policy and procedures to follow
  • Ability to handle difficult customers independently with limited supervision

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year in customer service, sales or call center environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi task
  • Strong attention to details
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in English and French is required
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Strong computer skills
  • Consumer finance industry experience is an asset
  • Possesses flexibility of working hours including evenings, weekends and holidays, when required
  • IT experience, a plus
