Fil-Trek Corporation is a leading supplier of industrial filtration equipment for customers around the globe. Our head office is in Cambridge, Ontario.

We are currently looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team.

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, filling orders, inventory control and customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities

Managing orders and ensuring ontime delivery while providing customer support.
Involvement with inventory control and warehousing of products.
Developing new sales opportunities.
Upselling products and services.
Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Staying informed about competing products and services.
Involvement with product development and marketing.

Qualifications

University or College degree/diploma in a businessrelated field.
Experience with ERP would be an asset.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
