    A dynamic organization seeks a seasoned executive to oversee payroll operations across multiple states. This high-level role demands extensive experience in managing complex compensation systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.


    Key Responsibilities:


    • Manage payroll processes for over 1,000 employees
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and provincial regulations governing employment laws
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic compensation plans and policies


    • A minimum of 8 years' experience in payroll management or a related field
