Job Description Summary:
STEMCELL's Process Development team is looking for a Label Generation Associate.
This position will support the label set up process to ensure product labels are accurate, regulatory compliant, consistent with corporate standards, aesthetically pleasing, and available in a timely manner.
The Associate will work in a dynamic and collaborative team which deals with multiple competing priorities, steers efficiently through prioritization challenges, and has a learning and growth mindset.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, create and update labels for products that meet business needs, while ensuring compliance with defined procedures and regulations
- Review and approve labels created by other designers to ensure they meet label requests and industry regulations
- Train personnel and business partners on label data set up processes/tasks and label printing
- Provide immediate guidance and support to printing locations worldwide in regards to label printing and troubleshooting systems issues related to labels
- Perform periodic review of procedures to verify accuracy and make recommendations where appropriate
Knowledge and Qualifications
- Technical diploma or Bachelors degree required
- Strong ability to prioritize and work independently
- Experience in label design within a regulated industry is desirable
- Experience with quality inspection is preferred
- Knowledge of NiceLabel or other label templates creation software is desirable

$56, $76,100.00
STEMCELL determines an individual's pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization.
For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
