    Job Title: Food Service Supervisor – Growth & RCIP Pathway Support

    About the Job

    This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to take on a leadership role in a well-established restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and staff on shift, ensuring a high standard of customer service and food presentation.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum 6 months of supervisory experience in a food service setting, with a strong passion for building a long-term career in Calgary. They will possess effective communication and team leadership skills, as well as a familiarity with food handling, safety, and service standards.

    We offer a competitive compensation package, including $20.00 per hour based on experience, paid time off, on-site parking, and consistent full-time hours. We are also open to supporting eligible international candidates under the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RCIP).

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Team Supervision: Oversee daily operations and staff on shift, delegate duties, support team productivity, and maintain service quality.
    • Guest Service & Operations: Ensure a high standard of customer service and food presentation, handle guest concerns, and support positive dining experiences.
    • Compliance & Inventory: Enforce food safety and hygiene procedures, assist with inventory tracking, and monitor shift reports.
