    Description

    Resident Assistant

    The Resident Assistant will be responsible for providing support to residents in a variety of ways, including providing assistance with daily living activities, helping to maintain a safe and secure environment, and providing emotional support.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manages daily client services and mail.
    • Assists with client move-ins and move-outs.
    • Handles conflicts and reports incidents.
    • Addresses client issues promptly.
    • Manages supply inventory and storage.
    • Supports facility maintenance and inspections.
    • Implements toxicology testing for sobriety.
    • Ensures safety procedures are followed.
    • Conducts bed checks and room inspections.
    • Handles administrative tasks and tracking.
    • Facilitates daily living activities.
    • Adheres to work order procedures.
    • Performs other assigned duties.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • 1 year of relevant expirence
