    We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to work in the dynamic and challenging environment of the financial industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, experience or a strong willingness to learn Clojure, and the ability to thrive in a DevOps environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on innovative projects and play a crucial role in the development of financial software solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable financial software applications.

    Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Java code.

    Analyze and troubleshoot issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

    Participate in code reviews and collaborate with team members to ensure code quality.

    Contribute to the DevOps practices within the team, including automation, continuous integration, and deployment.

    Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

    Proven experience as a Java Developer in the financial industry.

    Strong knowledge of Java and its ecosystems.

    Experience with Clojure is a strong plus, or a willingness to learn and apply it.

    Familiarity with financial systems, trading platforms, and market data is a plus.

    Solid understanding of software development best practices.

    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

    Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.

    Knowledge of financial industry standards and protocols.

    Proficiency with database technologies such as SQL or NoSQL.

    Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).

    Familiarity with DevOps tools, such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, or Git.

    Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, like Terraform or Ansible.
