    Responsible for the Diagnostic Systems full portfolio in assigned accounts/territory.


    The Lab Automation Specialist will work alongside the BD Diagnostic Systems (DS) Sales & Clinical Solutions team, Marketing team, and Corporate Account team to support and drive account strategy and regional growth initiatives.

    Drive adoption of BD Kiestra Lab Automation and complimentary BD Diagnostic solutions

    Managing a network of Key Opinion leaders within the regional/national market

    Understand and drive sales in all DS platforms within defined accounts – selling the complete DS offering and total solutions

    Demonstrates High degree of Commercial Intensity through a solution sales approach. Understand the Canadian market and the buying dynamics of key accounts and purchasing organizations.

    Proven success within a complex selling situation that engages executive decision makers. Maintains and develops a network of coaches within their customer base. Bilingual in both English and French

    Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related discipline.


    Must be flexible and meet travel needs based on business needs; able to travel 15-25% to include overnight and weekends.


    Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a past clean driving record for a minimum of 3 years; as well as meet BD's auto safety standards.
