Clearwater Structures is a general contractor and an industry leader in the heavy civil construction sector. We specialize in new bridge construction and rehabilitation, hydraulic lifting, concrete restoration, dam construction and several other services. We are looking to hire
General Labourers to add to our crews across South Western Ontario. If you are reliable, take pride in working with your hands and have a positive attitude, then we'd like to hear from you.

Job Requirements:

Load, unload, and move construction materials
Placement of signs and barriers for traffic control
Erect and dismantle forms, panels, scaffolding, ramps, shoring, and barricades required at construction sites
Assist tradespersons including form setters, carpenters, cement finishers, precast installers, cold form steel installers,
Operate various power tools, such as chipping gun, jackhammer, etc.
Keep tools, equipment, and job site clean and maintained
Follow safety protocols at all times, maintaining personal and workplace safety

Skills & Experience:

Construction experience preferred but not required
Solid work ethic and positive cando attitude
Proactive and takes initiative
Uses sound judgement and common sense
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to handle physically demanding work such as lifting and carrying 50+ lbs, standing, walking, digging, bending, kneeling, climbing, etc.
Safetyconscious
Ability to work occasional nights/weekends if/when required
