- Maintenir le classement pour les clients désignés.
- Diplôme d'études secondaires, formation générale ou équivalent international – Obligatoire
- Doit être parfaitement bilingue en anglais et en français (à l'écrit et à l'oral)
- Compétences informatiques de base et bonne connaissance des logiciels Microsoft Office
- Connaissance du système de gestion d'entrepôt et du système de gestion du transport – Atout
- Solides compétences en relations interpersonnelles et en communication (verbale, écrite et par téléphone)
- Fortement axé sur le service à la clientèle
