HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD

Under the Supervisor - Surface Electrical, you will have the opportunity to work in a safe, unique, and motivating environment.

Your main duties will be:

Perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance work on equipment.
Perform maintenance, calibration, diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair of equipment such as 4160/600/240/120volt motor control centers, variable frequency drives, programmable logic controllers, measuring instruments (level, flow, pressure, density, analysis, etc.) and control valves.
Participate in the improvement and optimization of various systems to increase production performance and equipment reliability in addition to standardizing or improving safety and working conditions.

PROFILE REQUIRED

College diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology
Automation and Control, or equivalent in a Canadian College. Combined with five (5) years of experience in plant maintenance in a mining or heavy industrial environment.
Have relevant experience in the field of electrical distribution and in instrumentation and control.
Have a certificate of competency in electricity (C license).
Valid driver's license.
Working knowledge of English is an asset.
