The Bedford location of Trim Landscaping is currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our accounting department as a Junior Accountant.

An organized individual who works well in a team setting. Are you solutions oriented and seeking an opportunity for growth within your accounting skills?

Working side by side with our controller, you will be responsible for managing the daily financial and accounting tasks for the business.

This is a great opportunity for someone to be mentored and grow their already existing talent as the company continues to grow.

Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting
Or have minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Experience in Hubdoc and QuickBooks considered an asset.
Experience in Microsoft Excel

What does a Junior Accountant do?

Accounts Payable working with hubdoc and QBO to review payables, pay vendors, and reconcile vendor statements.
Accounts Receivable
Bank Reconciliation
Reconcile bank accounts and visa accounts by monthly deadlines.
Payroll
Assist with payroll entry and review.
Assist Controller with other duties as required.
