Position Overview:


Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development, the
Business Development Administrator is responsible for providing administration and project support to both the Student Admissions and Student Finance Team, under the general guidance of the.


It will include but not be limited to:
business development growth, creating processes for the department, scheduling and other related tasks.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Auditing of files for Admissions and Finance department, as well as for Accredited programs
  • Scheduling and building agendas, as well as taking minutes.
  • Updating and maintaining class list schedules, committee meetings, admissions sheets
  • Assist with process building, creating training manuals, and building requirement sheets. Assist with training and tracking of progress.
  • Assist with monthly reporting and tracking progress with team and targets
  • Assist with forecasting and budgeting, and posting payments on learner files,
  • Creating FY target trackers
  • Creating documents for student portal, updating and maintaining several forms and reports
  • Reviewing, updating and maintaining several reports and forms.
  • Updating, maintaining and organizing Google Drive for department
  • Reviewing and understanding of several reports, and debrief monthly
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a business development or business administration or similar role
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Admin, Finance, or similar would be considered a strong asset.
  • Knowledge and work experience with SalesForce (or any CRM) would be a strong asset.
  • Proven experience with planning and organizing presentations, meetings, and creating training materials.
  • Knowledge of interpreting company financial data and ability to analyze is required.
  • Organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to see a task through to completion is required
  • Strategic and strong analytical skills is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal is required
  • Working to advanced knowledge of Google Suite/Docs/Sheet or MS Word and Excel is a strong asset
