Pacific Honda is looking for experienced
Sales Professionals to join our award-winning Sales Team.


We provide an excellent work environment and work with professional automotive sales trainers and coaches to ensure each member of our team has the knowledge, skills and ability to provide top-notch customer service to our clients.


As a Sales Representative, your responsibilities include:

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets of new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the showroom or sales lot. Build a strong rapport with customers.
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Perform a highquality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles as well as explain all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
  • Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
  • Prospect for new business/build business for future sales.
  • Report to the Sales Managers regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.
  • Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge; participate in training as required.
  • Follow all company and manufacturer policies, directives and procedures and abide by governmental & VSA licensing rules.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required.

What you should possess:


  • Previous sales experience (does not have to be automotive)
  • Excellent customer service skills; always striving to exceed customer expectations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Sheets.
  • Comfortable working with technology and learning and using our custom apps and electronic vehicle management systems.
  • Valid BC Drivers' License with acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
  • Valid BC VSA License is an asset (can be obtained upon hiring.)
  • Auto sales or Honda experience is an asset.
