Description
E-Commerce wholesale/distribution startup seeking a hardworking individual to assist in sales/sourcing function. No industry experience is necessary but previous work experience is an asset.

We are an energetic and hard working team that welcomes and support individual idea and strategies.

We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team who will be working hybrid in a work from home and onsite setting.


Responsibilities:


  • Support of job role questions
  • Coordination of applicants, preparation of following steps for hiring process
  • Assistance in employee evaluation
  • Coordinates with new employees and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding/offboarding process and positive employee experience.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

High School graduation (or equivalent)


Nice to have:
Previous experience in hiring, HR role or equivalent


Note:
This is a fully remote role


Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual, Seasonal, Freelance, Internship / Co-op


Pay:
From $16.00 per hour
