    Our client, a leading document management solutions provider is looking for a Director of Professional Services to set strategic direction and effective delivery of all professional services including consulting, implementation services, migration, and training to customers.

    This is a permanent and fully remote position.

    Fully-remote opportunity
    Assume direct supervision and full managerial responsibility for the Professional Services Team within the Company.
    Oversee, manage, and continually enhance all facets of professional services, encompassing project management, consultancy, and training.
    Implement ongoing improvements to departmental processes and service delivery to enhance communication efficiency and overall effectiveness.
    Recruit, develop, train, inspire, and retain the Professional Services team within the Company.
    Expand the existing Professional Services delivery capabilities through the addition of new staff and partners.
    Collaborate with the sales team to market and deliver professional services effectively.
    Take ownership of and develop program components, including service delivery management, program governance, and P&L for Professional Services.
    Identify delivery improvement opportunities and best practices, coordinating with the Operations team for implementation.
    Contribute to the annual budgeting process and subsequently manage Professional Services operations within approved budgetary constraints.
    Participate in opportunities to create blog and web content, as well as engage in industry speaking engagements.
    Possess a minimum of 10 years' experience in organizational resilience services delivery, either internally or externally.
    Demonstrate experience in sales and management of Professional Services closely aligned with organizational resilience software sales and support.

    Showcase leadership in Professional Services sales support and delivery, with increasing responsibilities catering to strategic and tactical requirements of sales and delivery functions.

    Exhibit exceptional professional services delivery skills, particularly in executive facilitation across various engagements related to the design, launch, and enhancement of organizational resilience management programs.

    Capable of effectively communicating and working in remote environments with significant travel.
    Industry experience in Legal, Financial Services, banking, and professional accounting is advantageous.
