Our in-house design departments include Residential + Mixed-Use, Commercial + Industrial, Interior Design and Experiential Graphic Design.

In addition, we have a Digital Practice Department, who commits to the implementation of BIM, research + development, and the infusion of cutting-edge technology into our projects and practice.

What are we looking for?

What you will do:

Enter Accounts Payable invoices, including vendors and consultants; Coordinate with consultants, vendors, project accountants, and clients, answer inquiries and provide information as needed.
Process employee reimbursable expenses sheets and answer employee inquiries.
Process cash receipts and distribute Statements of Accounts to a variety of clients.
Reconcile corporate credit card accounts.
Scrutinize final invoices in comparison to initial drafts.
Coordination of money raised through TF Community including managing cash and processing donations to various charities.
Assist in gathering and organizing data for timely report generation.
Backup other team members if necessary.
Maintains financial security by following internal controls.

What you will bring:

Degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
New graduates with accounting experience/internships
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite _(i.e., VLOOKUP, pivot tables and pivot charts in Excel etc.)_
Experience with ERP software

This is a hybrid role with 3 days in studio.
