The Position:

_Make your love of pets into the career of a lifetime._ NVA Canada is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team as part of our Canadian Support Centre team.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Planning and executing social media campaigns to grow NVA Canada brand awareness, drive recruitment, and community engagement. This includes handson media content scheduling, engagement, assisting with content creation, and paid branded social media planning.
  • Managing unbranded outbound social media content for our local community locations and maximizing distribution of these materials through our centralized content repository tool
  • Providing support as the secondary point of contact (Subject Matter Expert) for NVA Canada community locations for inbound digital marketing inquiries in conjunction with Marketing Business Partner and global colleagues.
  • Developing campaign analytics/measurement and reporting to ensure ROI & defined decisionmaking
  • Managing budget, vendors and agency to coordinate logistics and deliverables for all projects
  • Performing other digital marketing duties as assigned

What You'll Bring to NVA Canada:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or agency including demonstrated experience creating and implementing successful digital marketing plans
  • Strong project management, prioritization, organization, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Highly proficient with social media (especially business management suites and content scheduling tools), web CMS/html (especially WordPress), Canva, Google analytics
  • Experience working with veterinary practices and/or small business marketing an asset
  • French/bilingual an asset
