GFL Environmental is looking for a part time Customer Service Representative to join our growing team out of our Aurora location.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering phones and entering information into the Fleetmind system for resolution
Relaying information to residents (Not always a pleasant conversation)
Sorting route sheets for the upcoming week
Data entry of disposal tickets
Reconciling midmonth and month end reports
Closing commercial routes
Filing drivers time records

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

Comfortable with moving through multiple computer screens
Comfortable speaking on the phone to residents and Municipal staff
Must be organized and have clear communication skills (All interactions are phone based)
Must have own transportation.
No public transit available in our area.
Must have OSSGD (GED) or equivalent
