Skill requirements:
PHP 7+ years
MySQL 7+ years
Linux server administration
JavaScript (jQuery)
HTML, CSS and web design
Bilingual French/English an asset
Job Requirements:
Assist in leading and mentoring a team of 3-5 web developers
Able to pivot and prioritize own projects along with those of the team
Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at a time
Self-starter that can prioritize projects to meet the needs of stakeholders
Effective communication skills to explain processes, ideas, and translate business need into workable solutions
Ability to architect efficient solutions that integrate with existing code
Creating, deploying, and maintaining your own code
Effective time management and superior organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems
Identify areas to mitigate risk
This is a Monday-Friday in-office role and is located in Mississauga with a future move to North York
The Nice-to-Haves:
Experience working with/developing eCommerce websites.
Experience developing for all levels of logistics throughout a retailer supply chain.
Impressive Photoshop skills with an eye for design in all the work you produce - creative.
All candidates may be subject to a background check. The successful candidate will be required to sign a mandatory Non-Disclosure Agreement upon hire. Hiring is conditional on successful completion of the aptitude test and technological skills test.
The interview process will be conducted in 5 parts, all can be completed remotely.
