Description

RRA TRUCKING LTD. (LOCATED IN SURREY, BC)

Daily Tasks include but not limited to:

Recording and maintaining accurate financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Reconciling bank statements and credit card accounts.
Preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
Processing payroll and employee benefits.
Maintaining accurate records of fixed assets and depreciation.
Preparing and filing tax returns and other financial reports.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate recordkeeping and reporting.
Staying up to date with changes in accounting laws and regulations.

Job Requirements:

Education:A degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.

Attention to detail:Bookkeepers need to be detail-oriented and accurate, as they are responsible for maintaining accurate financial records.

Time management:Bookkeepers should be able to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-
Analytical skills: Bookkeepers should be able to analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.

Ethical standards:Bookkeepers should adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all financial matters.

All tasks will be time-critical and require clear communication and focus. Must be self-reliant and can make good decisions.
