Title:
Bilingual Project administrator


Location:
Virtually 100% teleworking but must be easily available in person for occasional meetings in downtown Montreal


Duration:5 months with 12 month renewal on an hourly basis of 37.5 hours/week


Keypoints/ Highlights:


  • Minimum of 3 to five (5) years in project administration/control.
  • Bilingualism: French 5/5 & English 4.5/
  • Have had to work with different hierarchical levels
  • Be comfortable in a fastpaced environment.
  • Mastery of the following software (selfassessment out of 10):
  • MS Project
  • Office suite

Assets:


  • Knowledge of SAP-PS software and the processes related to its use (important asset).

Job description:


  • Collaborate with the project manager in the development of planning, organization and monitoring of projects for everything related to scope, schedule and budget.
  • Validate the project structure (cascade type, or "waterfall") of the project manager.
  • Validate and reserve the availability of resources associated with project activities and confirm feasibility to the project manager.
  • Collaborate with the project manager in the development of planning, organization and monitoring of projects for everything related to scope, schedule and budget.
  • Update projectrelated timelines in SAP (as submitted by the project manager).
  • Monitor project activities by reporting any discrepancies to project managers.
  • Support team stakeholders in the use of SAP and ensure data integrity, particularly budgetary data.
  • Submit recommendations to the project manager to ensure project delivery.
  • Develop standardized monitoring tools and/or participate in the implementation of tools for the sector.
