What You'll Bring:

Strong "hunter" approach to sales with the ability to create, grow and manage leads for the business
Enthusiasm and aptitude for developing rapport with clients
Persuasive and influential written and oral communication skills
Time management, goal setting, and drive to meet sales objectives and support our outside team

Base Salary + Commission = $65,000+

Compensation:

$65,000+ at plan yearly

Generate Qualified Leads through an established database
Gather market intelligence
Profile clients based on an assessment tool to determine lead matching
A clear understanding of how telephone lead generation differs from telemarketing, and inside/outside sales, and how it fits within the sales and marketing processes in today's market
Ability to write detailed notes based on your conversations
Ability to seamlessly represent our clients professionally
Attend remote training and continuous improvement sessions
Ability to manage your time with little to no supervision and meet your goals based on a customized schedule
Be an enthusiastic member of the team and have a passion for learning new skills/solutions
Highlevel communication skills (verbal and written)
Hardworking and tenacious

Qualifications:

Experience:

Call Centre Experience: 1 year (required)
Customer Service Experience: 1 year (required)

CRM (Customer Relationship Management): 1 year (preferred)

Appointment Setting: 1 year (preferred)
