Nartech Metal Products-Plant 2 (Windsor Location) is part of The Narmco Group of Companies.

The Narmco Group continues to be a leader in the supply of high quality metal stampings, roll forming, assemblies, and its related services to the Automotive Industry.

Nartech Metal Products-Plant 2 (Windsor Location) is currently looking for an Area Manager who will be responsible for department supervision of hourly employees and all manufacturing concerns relating to assigned departments.

• A post secondary education
• 12 years of supervisory experience in a unionized manufacturing environment
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of robotics and welded assemblies

Responsibilities include:
Safety, Quality, Production Standards/Uptime and Continuous Improvements.
