Job Summary:

You will work collaboratively with the Learning & Talent team, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and leadership to ensure alignment of training with organizational goals.

Using Ledcor's Learning Framework, you will design engaging learning solutions using a variety of delivery methods.

Additionally, you will utilize your project management abilities to provide recommendations for continual improvements based on data from participant feedback, training evaluations, and stakeholder input.

Essential Responsibilities:

Utilize instructional design principles to conduct needs assessments for identifying technical knowledge gaps
Collaborate with stakeholders & SMEs to gather insight, develop targeted and measurable content using various formats
Manage multiple technical training projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines
Provide guidance to SMEs, Learning Developers, and Vendors in the development of their own content
Review draft content and provide feedback for improvement as required
Leverage the strengths of the Learning & Talent team to improve collaboration, processes, and consistency that impact the development and delivery of highquality learning solutions
Collate and integrate feedback from delivery teams and stakeholders; make improvements to courses and curriculum
Stay current in learning trends & best practices, and incorporate them into design work

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design and/or adult learning
Experience with project management in a learning environment
Using instructional technology & elearning platforms like Articulate storyline, Workday learning or similar LMS systems
Previous experience with designing and delivering safety training
Background in graphic design/visual communication is an asset
Excellent organizational & planning skills and the ability to multitask
Knowledge of adult learning concepts, principles, and practices, with strong customer service focus
Proven ability to engage with stakeholders in a large, complex organization

Working Conditions:

This is a work from home position with the understanding you will be required in office as the business needs.
