Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in new residential construction. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing codes. The Plumber will work closely with project managers and other trades to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety standards and building codes.
Responsibilities
- Layout, rough in and install new abs plumbing vents and drains, fixtures
- Layout and install new pex a waterlines and copper as needed.
- Use hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and other construction tools to complete tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a clean work environment
Experience
- Must be a red seal plumber with proven experience in plumbing installation of new residential home systems.
- Well rounded construction knowledge understanding the overlap between the trades.
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, schematics, basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Experience with heavy lifting and working in construction environments is preferred.
- Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints accurately.
- Valid driver's license for commercial driving may be required depending on project needs. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This position offers an opportunity for growth within a dynamic construction environment while applying diverse technical skills across various projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
