Who You Are:


We are seeking a collaborative and highly motivated Marketing Associate to join our National Marketing team in delivering creative thinking and exceptional results to our customers.

The Marketing Associate is a tactical player looking to grow and develop on an innovative and passionate team. You are familiar with marketing best practice, love bringing forward new ideas and sharing relevant content with the team.

From supporting campaign development to using your creative flair to produce compelling content, you'll be developed to eventually lead your own categories and projects amongst a collaborative team of strategists.

As a member of the team, you will inspire a willingness to drive results, positively influence others, and improve marketing channels using tactical solutions.


As a Marketing Associate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the strategic development, planning and execution of our Mobile category
  • Actively participate the marketing communications process (includes quarterly planning, creating briefs, briefing agency teams, executing & managing project delivery, measuring results, optimizing)
  • Assist with all aspects of the consumer gotomarket activities (social, digital)
  • Effectively work within budget & timelines to deliver projects in full
  • Work closely with the internal marketing team and our external marketing agencies to deliver compelling and effective creative campaigns that drive the business
  • Support the development of the annual business plan and execution of the national marketing plan
  • Participate in the development of "take to market" plans complete with milestones and required resources
  • Build meaningful relationships with external and internal stakeholders (regional teams, retail, operations, web team, content planning, customer communications, agency teams) to effectively execute plans
  • Support sales channels
  • Analyze information to draw insights and conclusions that drive business decisions into action
  • Provide consumer, category, and competitive insights to gather key competitive intelligence, develop insights and report findings to key stakeholders
  • You have strong project and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail/accuracy
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of tools, with an emphasis on Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Supporting ad hoc tasks and projects as required

Qualifications:


  • Postsecondary education (University Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field is preferred)
  • 13 years of experience in a marketing & communications setting, preferably in a similar industry
  • Experience supporting campaigns across multiple channels
  • Natural team player who thrives in fastpaced environments with mínimal supervision
  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
