Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced machinist to join our team on a full time basis. The machinist is expected to interpret drawings and use equipment to create or modify specified parts.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Perform a large variety of machinist activities including but not limited to... Interpreting drawings, making parts, modifying parts, operating equipment/tools, working safely, keeping a clean environment, and taking care of equipment.
Welding an asset.
Qualifications
Red seal machinist preferred.
Key Skills and Expertise
Able to use rotary table, manual Mill and Lathe machine Machining ball screws/linear shaft Cut keyways in shaft Machine stainless steel, plastic, tool steel, rubber.
Pay:
$30.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
