'''Duties''' - Install various components and systems according to project specifications - Follow blueprints, schematics, and instructions to ensure accurate installation - Measure and cut materials to the required dimensions - Use hand and power tools to assemble and install components - Caulk, plumb, weld, and restore surfaces as needed - Install flooring, drywall, and perform construction painting - Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time '''Qualifications''' - Proven experience as an installer or similar role - Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics - Knowledge of flooring installation techniques - Strong carpentry skills for drywall installation and repair - Ability to use hand and power tools effectively - Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills - Strong communication and teamwork abilities Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
