Description

As a Key Client Relations Specialist in our courier company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service for existing key clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth through strategic account management and foster long-term relationships with key customers.


Key Responsibilities:


Account
Management:

Act as the main point of contact for key clients, understanding their unique shipping needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.

Oversee the accounts of key clients, managing their logistics requirements, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.


Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients to understand their business objectives and transportation needs.


Work closely with operations and logistics teams to guarantee a seamless handling of shipments and the prompt resolution of any issues related to delivery.


Communication:

Maintain regular and effective communication with clients, providing updates on shipments, addressing concerns, and gathering feedback.

Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments and resolve any service-related issues.


Issue
Resolution:


Handle and resolve client issues promptly, collaborating with internal teams such as operations and customer service to provide effective solutions.


Strategic
Planning:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for client retention and growth.


Performance
Metrics:

Track and report on key performance indicators related to client satisfaction, retention, and upselling.


Market Awareness:

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and maintain a competitive edge.


Education:

A bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not always required, depending on relevant experience.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building and maintaining client relationships, has a keen understanding of the logistics industry, and is motivated to drive revenue growth through strategic account management.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem solving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Resultsoriented with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts would be considered an asset.

Job Types:

Salary:
$60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
