about this team

As a key member of lululemon's North America Brand Marketing team, we're looking for a Project Manager who is responsible for driving the execution of our campaigns and programs from brief to delivery.

You work in partnership with assigned marketing, creative, and channel partners to deliver regional marketing and brand storytelling initiatives. You are a creative and innovative team leader who can deliver best in class initiatives to support business results. You are self-motivated, a strong communicator, and entrepreneurial in nature. You're a big picture thinker, with meticulous attention to detail.

You are someone that has the perfect balance of organization, collaboration and approachability, with a track record of successfully delivering projects from start to finish on time and within budget.

a day in the life

  • Lead cross functional teams in the creation and execution of regional brand storytelling and marketing initiatives.
  • Own and manage budget and multi workstream timelines through the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with Strategy and Creative to understand their vision and support in bringing it to life from brief through delivery.
  • Partner with external agencies and inhouse creative teams to deliver impactful creative that is aligned with brand strategy.
  • Oversee asset creation and creative delivery for all channels.
  • Partner with channel partners in identifying and communicating operational changes relevant to project management.
  • Participate in establishing practices, templates, processes, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.
qualifications

  • 35 years of relevant global brand/marketing and/or agency experience required.
  • Experience working with project management tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, Wrike, Asana.
  • A natural leader and great at getting the best out of others.
  • Experience working cross functionally with multidisciplinary marketing, creative teams, and diverse business stakeholders.
  • Ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of changing deliverables.
  • Are efficient and highly effective communicator.
  • Track record of successfully delivering large projects from start to finish on time and within budget.
