    Job Description:

    As a Junior Property Manager with a focus on business development, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our property portfolio. You will work closely with property owners, tenants, and team members to ensure the efficient operation of residential and commercial properties, all while identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.

    Responsibilities:

    Property Management:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including maintenance, rent collection, and tenant communication.
    • Conduct property inspections, identify maintenance needs, and coordinate repairs and improvements.
    • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and lease agreements.
    • Maintain accurate records of property-related activities.

    Tenant Relations:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests.
    • Address tenant issues promptly and effectively to maintain tenant satisfaction.
    • Coordinate tenant turnover, including leasing and move-out processes.

    Business Development:
    • Identify opportunities to expand our property portfolio through acquisitions, leasing, and partnerships.
    • Research and analyze market trends, competition, and potential investment opportunities.
    • Develop relationships with property owners, investors, and industry contacts.

    Marketing and Promotion:
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new property owners and investors.
    • Create and maintain property listings on various platforms to maximize visibility.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote HomeLife Realty Services' property management services.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or Real Estate preferred.
    • Preference is given to candidates with previous experience in property management and/or the real estate industry.
    • 2+ years of work experience in business development or sales is a plus.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
