- Coaching Role: Supervise and train merchandisers to develop a sales culture and the necessary skills for optimizing their territory.Lead daily team activities with effective and inclusive leadership.Implement tools to optimize execution and sales in each territory.Assist merchandisers in building and maintaining good relationships with key store personnel.Evaluate and supervise merchandiser performance during workwith sessions, measuring key performance indicators (KPIs).Manage and control the budget assigned for the Ontario region (e.g., salary, car allowances, expenses).Ensure timely follow-up on requested administrative tasks (e.g., reports, expense tracking, timesheets).
- Sales Representative and Account Management Role: Identify opportunities for profitable sales growth in territories and regional accounts.Develop and implement business plans for regional accounts, aligning with brand strategies and managing budgeted trade spend objectives.Cultivate strong relationships based on trust and provide excellent customer service.Conduct timely follow-up on administrative tasks (e.g., surveys, claims, required reports).Support the Senior Sales Director in specific projects. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a combination of relevant diploma and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in representation.
- At least 1 year of experience in supervision and/or account management (an asset).
- Ability to align with the culture and values of Biscuits Leclerc.
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence (EI) skills to engage team members effectively.
- Adaptability to understand emotions, anticipate reactions, changing information and deal with them to evolve one's team.
- Effective communication, persuasion, and influence skills.
- Ability to foster trust and create a positive work environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel for workwiths and meetings.
- Good physical condition.
- Access to a reliable internet network (WIFI).
- Valid driver's license.
