As the Embedded Security Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a large AAA class commecial property in the downtown core.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our service meet the highest standards of security and compliance.

What does an Embedded Security Manager do?:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy for embedded systems, considering industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster excellent customer service relationships with clients, tenant users and staff.
  • Mentor a team of 10+ and show exceptional leadership qualities
  • Take a proactive stance by leading preventative initiatives, conducting security and site assessments, and providing detailed reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)."
  • Perform inhouse site scheduling & maintenance, payroll administration ability to foster calls afterhours in the event of a book off or emergency.
  • Process vacation, LOA and time off mitigating.
  • Forecast daily site schedules, and ensure mínimal to no overtime and opens.

Qualifications to become an Embedded Security Manager:

  • A valid Ontario security guard license
  • WSIB approved first aid card
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the security industry
  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Computer skills (access control and CCTV) and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent image profile and dress, deportment, and acumen
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Be eligible to work in Canada
  • Possess superior organization skills
