About the role:

As a Technical Marketing Manager, you will own the tech stack of our marketing and demand generation engine. You will play a key role in
enabling our teams to deliver high-quality messaging to the right audiences at the right time on the right mediums.
You'll be working intimately with both our Product & Engineering teams to define, buy, build, and support the right marketing technology and with
our Sales, Service, and Marketing teams to leverage that technology to drive outcomes at each stage of the funnel.


What you'll do:


  • Own and manage our core marketing technology across web, mobile, and digital comms channels
  • Guide and enable our marketing team on execution using the stack you've built
  • Support our sales and customer success teams in using the same tech for outbound comms
  • Collaborate with our data team on building detailed measurements and analysis of marketing efficacy
  • Contribute to budget management of the stack to ensure cost control at all times
  • Foster a datadriven, technologyenabled marcomm culture within the organization
  • Steward our brand across the tech in concert with Technical Product Designers

What you should have:


  • 4+ years of marketing experience in a B2C context
  • 3+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Hubspot experience
  • Experience with other martech tools, including but not limited to MixPanel, FullStory, Google Analytics, OneTrust, Hootsuite, Optimizely,
Unbounce, etc.

  • Experience integrating martech tools with Salesforce CRM
  • Experience and comfort with writing SQL queries and performing data pulls
  • Experience with BI and data analysis tools and techniques
  • Experience managing S.I.s or technical consulting firms to drive tech implementation
  • Project management skills and the ability to estimate scope, break down problems into deliverable chunks, and adapt to a fastpaced
environment.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both members of the technical team and nontechnical teams.

Nice to have:


  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
  • People leadership experience
  • Proficiency and comfort writing JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience working with other Salesforce and AWS technology (e.g., CRM, SNS, Tableau, etc.)
