Smokehouse BBQ and associated food trucks are in need of workers for our busy food trucks season, we have 3 trucks working all types of events, we require workers with experience in food service, some prep, dishes, cleaning and loading trucks.

must be well organized and be able to handle high volume service serving quality food and providing first class customer service.

We operate out trucks year round and have immediate openings, duties would include, truck set up / stocking, some prep, inventory of truck stock, running deep fryers as needed, assembling sandwiches and plates for customers, taking orders from customers, working cash, cleaning trucks after events, and other related duties.

Very competitive wage plus tips, this position is mostly weekend work, busiest time is festival season from June - end September so little if any weekends off during this time, food experience a must, send resume for review
