We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Driving Instructors to join our team.

As a Driving Instructor, you will play a vital role in teaching and guiding students to become safe and confident drivers.

Your passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and commitment to road safety will contribute to the success of our driving education program.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct driving lessons and provide comprehensive instruction to students of varying skill levels.
• Teach essential driving skills, defensive driving techniques, and adherence to traffic laws and regulations.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment to help students build confidence behind the wheel.
• Evaluate and assess students' progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare students for driving exams and assist them in developing the necessary skills to pass with confidence.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and lesson plans.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure a safe and controlled learning environment.
• Stay updated on driving laws, regulations, and industry trends to enhance teaching methods.

Requirements:

• Valid driving instructor's license/certification issued by the relevant authority.
• Proven experience as a driving instructor, preferably with a track record of successful student outcomes.
• Indepth knowledge of traffic laws, driving techniques, and road safety principles.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey instructions and feedback to students.
• Patience, adaptability, and the ability to work with diverse individuals and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with students.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining a high level of integrity and ethics.
