What You'll be Doing

Are you passionate about supporting a more sustainable future? Do you enjoy understanding a customer's needs and providing them with greener and more reliable solutions? Are you creative and innovative? Whether it's creating materials, bringing the start of new or reinvigorating old customer experiences, or consulting and detailing products with compassion, you'll be helping to push an entire industry technologically forward.

As the Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Lead Generation:

Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results to management.

Content Creation and Management:

Assist in creating and updating marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and other digital and physical content.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure assets are created and delivered on time.
Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that includes whitepapers, case studies, videos, webinars, infographics, etc.

Event Coordination:

Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences.
Coordinate the promotions, logistics, setup, and collateral for events.

Website Maintenance:

Maintain and update website content and ensure it remains current and accurate.
Understand, implement, and optimize current SEO/SEM tactics to improve search engine presence.
Collaborate with web developers/designers for website updates.

Who Are You?

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3 years of marketing/communications experience in developing and managing content
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Marketing Tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp etc.)
Experienced in Lead Generation
Design skills and knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Data and results driven
Experience working with cross functional teams and external agencies
The ability to travel occasionally

Good to have

Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website maintenance
Basic knowledge of CRM
