Our firm is seeking a Service Writer to join our team of door industry professionals.

About The Role

• You will be responsible for answering phones.
• Writing up work orders for our technicians.
• Scheduling day to day service calls.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with all work completed.
• Responsible for welcoming customers & gathering the required information to identify the issue's & maintenance work required.
• Complete all documentation required for customers which includes but not limited to work orders, purchase orders, providing copy of insurance, correct pricing for all work orders.
• Verifying customer information, preferred method of contact, accurate detailed estimates, updating customer on status of repair.
• Ordering parts & updating customers on status of orders.

About you

• Must have exceptional written & verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to interpret customers descriptions & translate into clear instructions for the technicians.
• Excellent organizational skills & ability to prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office.
• The ability to problem solve.
• Must be able to effectively deal with customer concerns or complaints.
