Description

OTT Pay Inc. is seeking an experienced Internal Auditor Manager to provide guidance and leadership in its newly established Internal Audit Division.

Duties:

Reporting directly to the Board of Directors:

Plan, organize and lead the Internal Audit Division;
Develop and implement audit policies, systems and procedures;
Develop guidance manuals on US GAAP and US listed FPI;
Prepare audit reports and advise on improvements and/or changes;
Identify US vs Canada GAAP differences and advise to the Board;
Hire key personnel of the division.

Qualifications required:

Ten or more years of experience as auditor or audit manager with multinational corporation.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
Extensive experience in auditing public listed companies in Canada and internationally.
Working knowledge of US GAAP and US SEC requirements
Ability to analyze and solve problems and handle multiple duties under pressure with mínimal supervision, with flexible hours including nights and weekends
Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations

Classification:
Full-time,40 hours per week

Salary and benefits:

$125,000
