Our Client is seeking three (3) Business Consultants with experience working on business case development, funding request submissions, jurisdictional scans, cost-benefit analysis and strategy within large organizations.

Proposed resource must be a resident of, and work from within Canada, due to network and data security issues during standard Alberta business hours.

Experience Required/Mandatory Skills

Experience working on business case development, funding request submissions, jurisdictional scans, costbenefit analysis and strategy for large government or industry programs. (5+ years)

Experience in a leadership and/or facilitation role. (5+ years)

Experience in managing projects for a large and complex organization. (3+ years)
Experience with information management concepts, privacy, and security issues relating to FOIP. (3+ years)
Experience with the development of information management or related types of policies, standards and practices. (3+ years)
Proposed resource must have own computer equipment and be comfortable using it for completion of work required by this contract.
Proposed resource must work from within Canada, due to network and data security issues.

Nice To Have Skills

Experience in the design, development and implementation of a digital transformation initiative or digital delivery program. (2+ projects)
Experience developing a business case that includes a costbenefit analysis. (5+ years)
Experience developing and maintaining positive relationships across the organization, from front line staff to executives. (5+ years)
Experience with processes for developing outcomes/outputs and programs. (5+ years)
Experience evaluating policies, programs, and initiatives using program development principles. (2+ years)
Experience leading an organization through a large scale technology change impacting all levels of the organization. (1+ project)
Experience with the development of business cases for a wide variety of initiatives and projects (strategic, business improvement, information technology, etc years)
