    Lac La Martre Adventures is 100% Indigenous owned by Tłı̨chǫ Adventures Ltd., a subsidiary of Tłı̨chǫ Investment Corporation. Lac La Martre Adventures is a remote fly-in sport fishing (catch and release) lodge located on its own island on Lac La Martre in the Northwest Territories. We operate under the umbrella of Tłı̨chǫ Adventures Ltd., committed to providing excellent experiences for guests engaging in a remote wilderness adventure.

    Our small collaborative team works in a lively and engaging atmosphere, fostering an innovative and creative environment. We provide food and accommodation, ensuring a competitive wage along with tips.

    Responsibilities:

    As a Hospitality Services employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience in a healthy environment. Responsibilities include:

    • Following a daily schedule for cleaning and sanitizing all common areas.
    • Managing daily laundry tasks and ensuring proper stocking of towels and linens.
    • Conducting pre-guest check-in inspections to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
    • Performing basic housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming and sanitizing general areas.
    • Collaborating with the Head Chef in the kitchen, assisting in meal service for guests (up to 18 people).
    • Adapting to various roles within hospitality services, including but not limited to changing over beds, delivering extra towels/blankets, serving breakfast and dinner, coffee/tea services, bar services, and cleaning the main lodge, including the dining hall and lounge.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in housekeeping and hospitality roles.
    • Ability to adapt to various tasks and responsibilities within the hospitality sector.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    • Knowledge of maintaining high cleanliness standards in a remote setting.
