Entry Level Helpdesk Support Specialist
As a leading hauler of petroleum products, Scamp Transport Ltd. is looking for a self-motivated, energetic individual to join us in our fast-paced environment.

Job Type:
Full time permanent in our Langley office


Salary:
Negotiated based on experience


Schedule:
Family friendly 4 on 4 off - 10 hr rotation


Responsibilities:


  • Triage and monitor IT Support calls through our ticketing system,
  • Provide inperson IT support in our Langley Office,
  • Support custom inhouse built apps and tablets,
  • Collaborate with other IT members to maintain and improve our IT Support desk,
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, courteousness, and friendliness.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent,
  • Well organized with the ability to prioritize multiple time sensitive tasks,
  • Strong knowledge of windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite,
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong attention to detail,
  • Ability to learn quickly, work well under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively,
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexible Language Requirement:

Experience:


  • IT support: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • CompTIA A+ (preferred)
