Job Summary:

As a Tech Lead for the Client Account Management (Collection) Technology Team, you will play a critical role in leading and overseeing the technical aspects of the team responsible for developing and maintaining technology solutions related to client account management and collection processes.
You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams, manage technical projects, provide technical guidance, and ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of software engineers, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of technology solutions in the client account management and collection domain.
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects related to client account management and collection processes, adhering to established timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and product owners to understand and document requirements, translating them into technical specifications and project plans.
Architecture and Design: Lead the design and architecture of scalable and robust software solutions for client account management and collection processes, ensuring adherence to best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Application Development: Handson involvement in the Vendor development of critical components, modules, or features of technology solutions, utilizing appropriate programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
Systems Integration: Oversee the integration of technology solutions with existing systems, databases, and APIs, ensuring seamless data flow, interoperability, and compatibility.
