Job Summary:

  • As a Tech Lead for the Client Account Management (Collection) Technology Team, you will play a critical role in leading and overseeing the technical aspects of the team responsible for developing and maintaining technology solutions related to client account management and collection processes.
  • You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams, manage technical projects, provide technical guidance, and ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of software engineers, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of technology solutions in the client account management and collection domain.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects related to client account management and collection processes, adhering to established timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
  • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and product owners to understand and document requirements, translating them into technical specifications and project plans.
  • Architecture and Design: Lead the design and architecture of scalable and robust software solutions for client account management and collection processes, ensuring adherence to best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Application Development: Handson involvement in the Vendor development of critical components, modules, or features of technology solutions, utilizing appropriate programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
  • Systems Integration: Oversee the integration of technology solutions with existing systems, databases, and APIs, ensuring seamless data flow, interoperability, and compatibility.
