We are currently hiring for the position of:

ACCOUNT MANAGER


As the Account Manager you work with dedication to support the creative development, planning and execution of projects that produce results for your clients and deliver revenue for the organization.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Work in collaboration with Sr.

Director of Accounts & Client Success, Senior Manager, Accounts & Client Success, Account Coordinator and internal teams to develop proposals and integrated campaigns that meet the client's brief and budget- With direction from Sr.

Manager, Accounts & Client Success and in partnership with internal departments and client agencies, manage the team in all aspects of account servicing.- Assist in the consistent delivery of client communications (either direct to the Client or through Account leadership team) so as to provide updates, and action plans- Manage program budget, operational cost management, and support business development initiatives- Weekly status updates on program results, client program reviews mid/end program and Festival post-mortems- Utilize effective communication techniques and provide balanced feedback.

Proactively identify problems and develop solutions- Support Senior Account Manager in the administration, delivery and maintenance of required client documentation including contracts, project scopes, client budgets, payment schedules, invoicing, change-orders, forecasts, reports, and surveys- Identify and support the organic development of incremental business within the department


JOB GRADE & SALARY OR RATE OF PAY:

  • Job Grade 3-60,000-75,000/Annually

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


  • University/College Diploma 2 to 4 years of Agency client service experience
  • Brand marketing, event and sponsorship experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office Skill
  • Experience working with multiple departments and different disciplines within an agency environment
  • Proven experience in event management and execution
  • Experience working in collaboration with creative design team and working within brand guidelines
  • Experience in supporting the production in asset builds such as signage, backdrops, activation builds, etc.
  • Understanding of Canadian event landscape, venues, and vendors
  • Ability to support in the design of compelling presentations
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility in the workplace
