Join the Customer Response Centre as an Agent
As a Customer Response Centre Agent, you'll embark on a challenging journey as the main point of contact for ClaimSecure's plan members, plan sponsors, and Healthcare Providers.
You'll project a professional company image and be the go-to person for providing efficient assistance to all our valued customers.

- Put your problemsolving skills to the test by researching, identifying, and resolving customer inquiries using our innovative software.
- Don't worry if things get tricky we've got your back You'll learn when and how to escalate issues according to our established policies.
- Become a sleuth of information as you research required details using available resources.
- Be a facilitator by routing inquiries to the appropriate resources, ensuring everyone gets the help they need.
- Keep things organized by documenting all call information according to our standard operating procedures.
- Become the trendsetter of customer inquiries by recognizing, documenting, and alerting the management team to any emerging patterns.
- Make sure every customer feels valued by following up on inquiries whenever necessary.
- Embrace the power of data by completing call logs and reports you'll be an analytics pro in no time
- Do you consider yourself multitalented? take on any other duties assigned and enjoy the variety
- A high school diploma or equivalent, and maybe some extra vocational or professional certification
- Bilingualism (English/French) would be an asset.
- Have 13 years of experience in a call center environment and/or related field (Data entry, healthrelated field) you're no stranger to the action
- Know the ins and outs of customer service practices and principles making customers happy is your specialty
- Flaunt your excellent data entry and typing skills you're quick and accurate
- Your listening and verbal communication skills are topnotch you're a great conversationalist
- Be calm, cool, and collected you know how to handle stressful situations with grace and poise.

From $35,490.00 per year
