Description

We are looking for a part-time Office Coordinator to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. This position will involve providing administrative and logístical support to the team, managing office resources, and contributing to the overall productivity and organization of the workplace, in an exciting industry to be part of in Toronto right now.

What You'll Do:


  • Facilitating access to the premise and managing access cards.
  • Managing all officerelated expenses in coordination with the finance team.
  • Creating and managing inventory lists, as well as ordering necessary office supplies, snacks, beverages, and other items.
  • Arranging office events, parties, and seasonal decorations setup and removal at specific times of the year.
  • Collaborating with building management to ensure timely completion of maintenance and upgrades.
  • Working in conjunction with IT to ensure all tech needs, such as video conferencing and scanning/printing are met.
  • Setting up and overseeing vendor invoice payment, and reconciling costs with payroll.
  • Undertaking additional administrative duties as assigned.

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain privacy, confidentiality, and exercise diplomacy, discretion, and respect for boundaries.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities including the capacity to set, commit to, and meet deadlines.
  • Service oriented proactive and self motivated with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as solid interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration in a diverse work environment.
  • Capable of effectively liaising and communicating with individuals at all levels, including executives, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Self driven, results oriented, and highly accountable.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands of the business.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year experience in a similar role
