Description

Grice & Associates is looking to hire an administrative assistant to help with its busy immigration and refugee law practice.

This is a 3 month contract with a strong possibility of extension.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • French would be an asset
  • 2 years office experience
  • University or college education
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and use of typical office equipment
  • Pleasant manner, tact and discretion
  • Comfortable using dropbox and google calendar
  • Maturity
Responsibilities include

  • Uploading all documents and correspondence received to dropbox
  • Answering phone calls
  • Receive and distribute mail, both regular and electronic
  • Make calendar entries and keep track of deadlines
  • Open files
  • Maintain legal aid certificates up to date
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Salary:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour
