Hybrid - 3 days onsite

Must have ADP integration with Workday:

  • 5 + years of experience as BSA
  • Business systems analyst with strong experience in the HR domain
  • Good to have ADP experience especially ADP iHCM
  • Good to have Workday functional/Integration experience.
  • Deliver wellorganized data analysis through reporting, dashboards, generate insight and recommend strategies considering the HR business processes
  • Analyze and document various operations and processes and analyze how the business processes integrate with technology
  • Analyze how to Improve business processes, products, services as well as software systems
  • Manage assignments with creative and lasting solutions for organizational need
  • Manage effective communication, conduct/ Run Meetings with Stakeholders
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced environment and to adapt to frequent change
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problemsolving environment
