Skills and Responsibilities:

Should have advanced Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
Develop scalable solutions based on business objectives, marketing metrics, and tech requirements.
Identify and troubleshoot platform and data feedrelated issues.
Optimize internal processes based on team requests, opportunity gaps, and business requirements.
Assign work through the correct communication channels to technical consultants and monitor performance providing advice, guidance, and assistance.
Oversight of the development and configuration of SFMC solution and ensuring quality delivery
Prefer to have Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications.
